Can I keep using the extension after the expiration?

YES
If you have purchased a PRO subscription,based on the selected package, you have a period of time access to PRO downloads, updates and support.

After the expiration of subscription, you can keep using the version you have installed. However, you will no longer be able to update to newer versions ,receive support, get video tutorials or other features that are related to Pro Subscription.

You can choose to renew your subscription to gain access again.

Or you can choose to downgrade to the FREE version (if it's possible for the related product).

Can I install the extension on multiple domains?

YES

You can install the extension on any domain you want, but there are domain restriction rules and services:

  • If you purchased Single Site Subscription you can get license, support and updates only on 1 domain that you are submitted in your Pro Licenses Panel
  • if you purchased Multi Site Subscription you can get license, support and updates on as many domains as you want after submitting the domains in your Pro Licenses Panel.

Can I alter the code?

YES

The extensions are fully open source and the code is NOT encrypted in any way. No use of Zend Optimizer or Ioncude.

You are free to change the code to your liking.

However: If you alter the extensions files, we could no longer provide support on any problems you encounter.

Also if you update or re-install the extension, all changes you made will be lost.

So it is better to overrule functionality via template overrides or custom plugins.
For changes in styling it is best to overrule style classes through the CSS style-sheet of your template or add a custom style-sheet.

I have no Paypal, how can I pay?

Via the order process you can pay via Paypal.

If you have a credit card you can still pay via the Paypal connection without needing a Paypal account.

Otherwise you can contact us to find any solutions related to money transferring, if it's possible. Then we can create and activate the Pro subscription account manually.

Can I get a refund?

NO

After you purchased the product, you hadn't right to refund it. You can see the requirements of each product and use free versions before buy a pro extensions, if it possible, to get enough backgrounds before buying an extension. Also you can ask a question in the related forum, before buying a product.

Where can I get translations?

The available languages are packed with the products. The appropriate languages will automatically be installed on your setup when installing/updating the extension.

Can I help with the translations?

YES

All translations are done by and offered by a team of volunteers (opentranslators).

If a translation for your language is not available or complete, I welcome you to the translation team.

We can not provide support for setups that do not meet the related requirements for the each product.

What license is used for the products?

All Egolt products - including the PRO versions - are Open Source. They are in compliance with the GNU/GPL license:
GNU General Public License, version 2
